How can I make a 3d sculpture/model of Hermes?
I need it to be pretty large. Maybe four feet at the least. Step by Step instructions would be nice. The simpler the better!
It isn't going to be simple because of the details needed and in that size you have to know how to build a structure and then build on it
Assuming you mean to work from images like most of these

you are going to have to mold/shape a complicated head, muscled body, arms, and those wings
You will have to build the basic armature to a sketch of the design you plan with a core bar through the leg, body and head and weld or otherwise fasten bent rods or heavy wires to make the shape of the arms, then build the form with clay if you follow common procedures.
